How much does it cost to open a case?
Opening a case is free, and so is the first contact with the lawyer. Your budget helps the lawyer understand the effort: you agree the fee directly with them.
Who can see my screenshots?
Only you, our staff and the lawyer who takes the case. Other lawyers see the content but not your contact details.
What if it isn't defamation?
We tell you before publishing: if the content looks like legitimate criticism, the AI warns you. You can still decide to go ahead.
Are the lawyers verified?
Yes: we check bar registration, ID and professional card before activating the profile.
What if the lawyer doesn't call me?
They have 48 hours to contact you. If they do not, the case moves to the next lawyer in line, with nothing for you to do.
Can I withdraw my case?
Yes, while lawyers are still bidding. After it is assigned you can close it whenever you like.
The content was deleted: can I still act?
Yes, if you have screenshots. That is why it is important to save them right away, with the date and author name visible.
For lawyers
How does the auction work?
Each case stays open for a few hours. You see the highest bid (not who placed it) and can outbid, take it immediately at a fixed price or set an automatic bid.
When do I pay credits?
Only if you win, when the auction closes. Credits are not blocked during the auction: you can bid on several cases at once.
What if I don't have enough credits at closing?
You lose the case and it goes to the next bidder. If it happens often, your bidding is paused for a few days.
The client doesn't answer: what do I do?
After 72 hours you can mark them as unreachable. Our staff checks and, if confirmed, refunds your credits.
Can I report a case?
Yes: "not defamation", "fake" or "minors or illegal content". Cases with illegal content are hidden immediately.
